I READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE BEFORE I MADE A PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY, BUT VISITED THE OFFICE TO LOOK AT PRODUCTS AND TO DISCUSS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO BE REPLACED AT MY HOME , AFTER MEETING MARTIN AND DECIDING ON WHAT WOULD SUIT MY PROPERTY I HAD COMPLETE HOUSE DONE, WINDOWS & DOORS, FAST & EFFICIENT SERVICE FROM ORDER TO INSTALL, FITTERS WERE LOVELY, VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, & CLEARED UP AFTER .VERY HAPPY WITH JOB, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND..
AVOID THIS COMPANY OR BE PREPARED FOR LEGAL ACTION. Placed a large order with Ian from Buy right at a hotel. The order included 5 replacement windows and 21 secondary glazing windows. Promised delivery time of 6 weeks. 9 weeks later 4/5 replacement windows were installed and 1 could not be installed as it was measured incorrectly. There was no update on the secondary glazing windows. 50% deposit was paid. After countless ignored phone calls and emails we receive a response way past the deadline that they are unable to fulfil the secondary glazing order due to price increases. This was 31st of March. Since then Ian and the company have failed to issue me a refund for the work not being able to take place. They have avoided calls, texts and emails. They have kept our company money without issuing a refund. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS have been instructed.

I completely and categorically concur with everything that has been said by the 3 previous (Folkestone/Hythe July'22, Medway Oct'21, Swale Sep'17) negative reviews. I was (and still am approx 10 months on), subjected to the same lies and double handed, unscrupulous scheming.
I cannot find additional words describe how bad this company is.
Absolutely shocking, if I could give zero, I would.
Paid £5000+ for windows in April, still no sign of them although every week is the week they will “definitely be delivered”. No-one returns phone calls. Ian says Martin’s dealing with it, Martin says Ian is dealing with it. They lie about what will happen and when. No site survey in advance of previous work so access problems meant that we had to sort out additional labour to move materials. Save yourself a lot of stress and go elsewhere. Service is appalling. Action will be taken
If I could give 0 stars I would. What a complete joke of a company. Paid deposit in June. Told us up to 6 weeks for materials to come. Which was fine. Come round to having it done. They cancelled on us 7 times. Gave us the most stupid excuses. One saying they didn’t know we was having brick work down. It was on the baby work, also made us excuses like the brick layer van had to have an mot so couldn’t turn up. Absolute joke. They say they will ring you back. They don’t you have to ring them. They told us 2 weeks ago they will give us the deposit back because they can’t do the job. We still haven’t received the funds and having to chase everyday
Wasted time by missing 2 appointments then refusing to come and give a quote for a new job. Previous job there was numerous issues and poor quality work however was rectified after coming round numerous times - They had ordered the wrong door spec and then damaged it
I am a builder in Maidstone and have always looked around for prices. Always the best price and very good quality windows. The staff are always happy and very helpful. The windows/doors have always arrived when they were meant to and other than me breaking the odd bit of glass, have always been faultless. All round brilliant service
I had a new door fitted. The workmanship was excellent and the workman was very polite and punctual. Work was carried out in February. The only concern is that I have still not received a receipt for my money, I have contacted the office twice and been told it would be in the post.
Had the windows now for 6 months, very impressed with quality and install. Thanks a bunch.

The front door and the frenchdoors are well made but what make the difference having a fitter who make excellent job of installing them.
