Brow Joinery

In March I reported that a glass panel in my conservatory roof was suffering from condensation and that the 10 year warranty expired shortly. I was informed by Chris that although they were under staffed that it would be replaced within the next couple of months. After countless telephone calls to the office and Chris’s personal phone number I am still waiting for this to be done. For the past 3 months Chris has neither answered my calls or text messages. When I have managed to speak to someone in the office I am given false promises that someone will get back to me which doesn’t happen or on one occasion I was told that a fitter would be round the next day to replace the glass which of course never happened. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of after sales service and just want this very stressful situation to be concluded.
