I had brow joinery in to fit over 15 Venetian blinds, their fitter ignored the advice sheet that said we did not want the blinds fixing to the upvc window frames. Brow joinery as way of an apology did knock a small amount off the bill. This week I have rang them every day for a week to ask them to refit a blind that we had to take down due to the room being replastered, and i would pay them to do it. Nobody has had the courtesy to get back to me. This company I feel offers customers poor quality workmanship and a terrible after service. I can not recommend them
