It took this firm 10 months to replace our front door & doorframe, the door has still not been painted the reveals have been replaced with badly fitted plastic plates. The skirting along the doorframe has been cut too short, the mastic sealant around the external frame will have to be replaced. The door has huge gaps that make all internal doors rattle throughout the property & the external roughcast has been damaged and the doorbell is missing. The receptionist was rude, photographs of the poor workmanship can be provided. This work cost £3,000

I was surprised to read a negative review about this company. I have had several works done at my own property and the workmanship has been outstanding. From the tradesmen themselves to the office staff they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. I suspect that the tone of the negative review that was left that this person was possibly aggressive or nasty to them and they may not have returned to complete the works.. I wouldn’t blame them. Be nothing but kind.
