We contacted Quick Glaze to provide us with windows and doors for our renovation project. From the start they were good at communicating with us and clear on what their prices included. Considering the amount of windows we needed they were fitted efficiently and much quicker than we thought. There were some adjustments they had to make to the windows once fitted, which they rectified swiftly.

Complete house replacement of windows and doors. Pleased with the quality of the products, workmanship was good and efficient over 2 days. Only slight grumble (being picky) was having to clean up fully after them (sweep the patio and vacuum everywhere) but I appreciate they are not here to clean the house.

Great service from initial visit to completion. I was shown a choice of windows, door and glaze. The process and payment terms were clearly explained. Both installers Andy and Steve were polite and helpful. Some dust settled on window sealant but they will return to reseal when my kitchen is fully fitted. Very pleased overall.

We had 11 windows plus a bay window fitted over three days this month. we are delighted with the windows. We already notice the increased insulation from them. The window frame had been measured incorrectly and was remeasured along with a change of design which was more suitable..
It is a triangular window with an tilt and turn opening rectangular DGU and three further fixed triangle glazed panels. One of the triangles was the incorrect size and another had a mark on the inside of the outer pain. Both DGU were replaced in a timely manner.
The problems we faced were rectified in a timely and polite manner resulting in the 5 star rating I have given and I woudl happily recommend and use Quick-Glaze again

They took time to explain my options and were very patient with me on changing my mind a few items! The two fitters were fantastic it has to be said. I had some bi-fold doors installed 6 months ago (great product and service) and they needed some slight adjustment. I dropped a note to Martyn in the evening, he responded by 09:05 the next day and his technician was on my doorstep by 12:30. 1 set French Doors (includes 2 double glazed doors, RAL7016 inside and out). Low ramp at base, colour matched handles inside & out, external magnetic catches, and thumb screw internal/external key locks. Tom from Quick-Glaze worked diligently throughout, on his own in a covid-19 safe environment. He carefully avoided being near other workmen onsite, by taking turns when needed to use outside space where they were working. He tidied up after installation, and took time to demonstrate how the door handles and keylocks work. He noted that there was a locking plate missing at the level of the ramp - a fault which he reported back to Quick-Glaze prior to leaving site - hence the 4 star rating. We have noted that there is a little tidying up of visible DPM needed under the edges of the ramp, and trust that this will be completed when Quick-Glaze return to resolve the door locking issue. Otherwise, very happy with the doors - they are large enough to let the light in which was much needed, and well matched with existing bi-fold doors installed to the rear of the house.

Quick- Glaze Limited fitted my windows and composite door they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times,the work took 3 days in which the fitter was tidy and clean.we are very happy with the work done.
From the beginning of contacting Quick-Glaze for a quote to the finished installed product was effortless and professional. The Guys who came out to fit the windows were quick, clean, polite and professional. The finished windows looked amazing. They knew what they were doing and were happy to answer any questions that I had. unfortunately one of the windows which was an awkward one was slightly too small and the fitter in charge had it all re measured called through to be made ( They came and installed all others on a Tuesday) ready for finishing installation on the Friday morning. I would definitely recommend Quick-Glaze again as it was an easy experience from beginning to end. Cant praise the fitters enough.
