WARNING - USE LIVE IN DESIGN AT YOUR OWN PERIL! The roof on my conservatory, which was only finished by Live In Designs last November 2022, is leaking in multiple places (see photos). After asking Eric to fix the leak in January 2023 (when we first noticed it), he came to my house today, 13/04/23, and personally told me he is closing Live In Design and that the 10 year warranty he has given me is worthless! He has set up another company to trade under - LID Home Improvements Ltd, meaning customers like myself will be left out of pocket financially while Eric carries on running his sub par business. DO NOT BE FOOLED - PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

We had all our windows replaced and I have based the review on the following criteria - price, communication, quality of product, quality of workmanship, and timeliness of completing the work. Price - 5 stars. Communication - 4 stars. Quality of product - 5 stars. Quality of workmanship - 4 stars. Timeliness - 5 stars. As a result of the above I can happily recommend Live In Design, particularly as I had a very tight time schedule to meet. My overall rating is 5 STARS.
