At the outset this firm appeared professional and well setup. The rep managed to give me a good sense of assurance and gave me confidence to place an order; the price seemed very reasonable.The installation was ok, but some small details gave me cause for concern. A wrong handle was fitted to one window, and the door did not seem to be fitted perfectly. The general quality of fitting was just about acceptable. They eventually sent someone around to put right the problems. Then I was informed that I had to pay an extra £40 for an insurance policy for warranty cover in the event the company went bust; the rep told me the company would pay for this, I was mis-informed. I would not use this company again, simply dont trust them.
