I contacted Irlam Glass after I was unable to unlock my front door. I initially spoke to Tina, who was friendly and extremely helpful. Colin attended my property within 24 hours and he was able to complete the repair in one visit. I purchased the door three years ago from a well-known provider. Whilst Colin was carrying out the repair, he informed me that the front door had not been fitted correctly, and this was the reason for a lot of my issues with securing and opening the door. As frustrating as it was to learn this information, it reinforced my opinion to look more local when completing home improvements or servicing items and appliances. I was extremely impressed with the service and support I received from Colin and his team, and I am now going to use Irlam Glass to complete annual services on my external doors!!
