The one issue we have is that some of the finishing off outside is not of a great standard, ie repair to the rendering around the small window and repair to the brickwork at the bottom of the French Doors. We will be contacting them to discuss.

Excellent work despite some issues with tv/telecoms cables, which were painstakingly overcome. The patio doors installation took longer than I was expecting, but this was down to the attention to detail and determination to get things right however long it took.

Very good job of a difficult installation, a door and two side panels with cladding above on the carport rafters. The fitters were brilliant. The toilet was fixed to the inside of one of the old panels and had to be supported in exactly the same position. The original BT wire ran along the old door and was hidden inside the new frame. They refitted my door bell on the side panel and the outside light on the cladding fixed to the carport rafters and they put back my curtain rail inside the door. They could not have been more helpful.

From our initial contact with Karl and the showroom and reception staff, to Alan the surveyor and subsequently the fitting team, it was a pleasure to deal with Cheadle Glass. We never at any stage felt pressurised and feel that they valued our custom. The fitters were extremely professional, but friendly and approachable and very considerate of our home whilst undertaking the work. The installation went very smoothly and we believe we have received a high quality product. The few minor snagging issues were dealt with quickly and courteously.
