From the minute these guys arrived they werent with it and their eyes were bulging, stunk of alcohol, were using bad language and spitting. They did 4 flat roofs and just laid the new felt over the existing stones, had scorched all the soffits and fascias with their blowlamp, the lead work was atrocious, they left rubbish all over the property. THEY ARE NOT ROOFERS. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. i had asked them several times to come back and correct the work but they just turned the phone off. To too it all off, the “guarantee” they provided was fraudulent and not worth the paper its written on. The guy from the insurance actually laughed at it.
