door quality was fine. After sales service was disgraceful. A fitter had to return to put on a door knocker and to apply a tiny amount of touch up paint for minor imperfections. On activating the touch up pen it “ exploded” and my brand new block paved drive, step and new flower planter was covered in bright red paint. The fitter did not tell me when it happened and after some ,I went to the front door to see how the job was going and to my horror I saw him frantically trying to mop up all this red paint. He did apologise, and I got down to help him try to clean it up. The red paint had soaked into the blocks and would not come out. On contacting his office I was assured that any damage would be rectified as I said that these blocks we’re newly laid and they may have to be lifted and replaced, then re jointed and then sealed. Along with replacing the large flower planter. We got the paint off finally, and through scrubbing and using chemicals that he had on his van the blocks had discoloured along with the planter. I took pictures and sent them to the company. After many, many e mails and phone calls initiated by me I got a cheque to replace the planter and two “tester size” tins of sealer. I had explained that the whole drive needed sealing as you could see the divide from new sealer to old and this amount would not do. And the blocks do need replacing as the colour is faded on the affected blocks. I told the person of contact that I wanted to speak to a manager or someone who could solve this issue and I have not heard a thing. I spent almost £1500 with this company and through no fault of my own I have been left in the lurch and am having to replace these blocks and get the drive re sealed at my own expense (£300). I have pictures to prove all of the above. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
