We had our patio doors replaced with french doors and our kitchen window done. The installers were very punctual friendly and tidied up after themselves leaving us with no mess-much appreciated! They had estimated 4 hours from start to finish and it was exactly that. We have been very pleased with the end result so far and look forward to opening the french doors when the sun comes out! Replaced an existing wooden conservatory on top of an existing low brick wall.
Due to bad weather and short days plus broken glass panels the project took rather a long time to complete. We are very pleased with the finished conservatory. Instillation team were very good and hard working.
So pleased with our experince of Hometec windows...no pushy salesperson...all staff we spoke to were efficient and very helpful...Excellent quality windows ...fitters were polite...tidy and ...very good at their jobs ...job was booked and fitted within the same month !

Excellent work, and workmen. No problem with the installation, all workmen handled the access through neighbour's garden really well.
However, a rating of 3 has been given due to the lack of communication from office.
Guys were polite, friendly and cleaned up so well once they had finished. Had all windows and doors done and service was excellent from start to finish. No pushy hassled sales, manager even arrived on both days to check works and that we were happy with fitters and glass etc. no trying to badmouth other suppliers as reputation speaks for itself- outstanding and highly recommended!
