Weruwise are a excellent company in every regard. My comments really concern the Imagine Patio Doors that I had fitted. My complaint was handled well by weruwise who called in Chris Thompson from Glazerite to meet on site to discuss my concerns about cold bridging over the & central jambs. He did not take my concerns well. Weruwise have however “fixed” the problem by fitting a thick plastic beading over the old aluminium sections on the internal faces. VEKA really need to revisit this element of their frame design
