Full replacement of fascia, soffits and windows fitted this summer. we changed the pvc windows from brown woodgrain to white and removed the old wooden roofline, repaired the felt and fitted eaves guard and bird strips. We also installed new black composite doors

Blue composite door and white pvc windows fitted in Barrow upon Humber. The door has etched fused glass. We actually double glazed the whole house with our A rated windows. We changed the window styles to a modern style and to accommodate having escape routes in the upstairs bedrooms. All of the ground floor is secure by design which is a police approved specification.

Pvc rosewood on white woodgrain windows and a composite door. Can u spot the before and after? The customer really liked the look of his wooden windows and door so we put in dummy sashes in the replacement double glazing. This makes the glass equal and was done in the existing. The composite door was specifically coloured in gloss paint to match the existing colour of the wooden door and garage. All with the same 10 year guarantee as a standard colour

Recently completed white A rated pvc bay window, bedroom window and green composite door. the composite door is white on the inside and has an attractive bevelled lead design triple glazed. All of which are secure by design police approved specification.

White pvc window with Georgian bar fitted to a workshop. The window was rendered in and was quite difficult to remove but we managed to get the old window out with little disruption. We used a sealer before patching any of the render. This helps the new cement bond to the old.

Conservatory in Barrow upon Humber north Lincolnshire

Rosewood on white pvc woodgrain conservatory fitted last year. We insulated the brickwork and the floor aswell as fitting an energy efficient self cleaning glass roof and A rated windows making the space a habitable environment all year round. The customer was over the moon with the end result.

White replacement pvc windows including 2 bay windows, a black composite door with bespoke double glazed fanlight above the door and bifold doors. We did this a while ago but the house was undergoing major renovation. Now that it has been rendered and painted it looks a real treat. Although it was a few years ago that we did the installation they still look and perform as good now as when we installed them

Relocation

In July 2015 waterside windows relocated from Barton Upon Humber in North Lincolnshire to Bilton In East Yorkshire. So what does this mean for our previous and potential customers? The answer is simply nothing. For almost ten years we have served both regions of Humberside and this will continue to do so. We also are the only Network Veka authorised member in the area. Load bearing poles are hidden. they are made of aluminium and keep the above weight off the window below and stop any movement, Dummy Sash's on these windows keeps the glass and sight lines equal. The composite door is not a standard colour and was coloured to the customers requirements.

Bay windows fitted with Load bearing bay poles on the ground floor to take the weight above. As is the case with most bays designed like this.The wall upstairs below the window inside the room is not insulated and is single brick, making it cold and sometimes damp and mouldy. we fitted an insulated wall inside which also provides an internal window sill.

Conservatory with glass roof including internal plasterwork, electrics and brickwork. The glass roof gives you a great view of the sky but is the best way to control the heat coming in through summer and retaining the heat in winter. It also self cleans. A garden wall was taken down and the bricks were used to build the conservatory. A brilliant result and the bricks gave the look as if they had always been there.

Bow conversion with New brickwork. We managed to get the exact brick to match so we keyed in the brickwork and built an insulated wall inside and plastered. The base and canopy roof are also insulated and are purpose made.

With a secure locking handle and adjustable hinges, these don't just look great they are built to last and virtually maintenance free. A small fitting is fitted near the wall which holds the gates open at 90 degrees

Replacement bay window with external georgian bar. The glass unit is 1 single unit but has a grid of spacer bar inside. When the georgian bar is fixed to the glass it looks like the glass units are individual separate panes.
