EYG (East Yorkshire Glazing)

Only interested in you when you initially buy/have products fitted. I first reported the doors I had fitted (in 2009) had faded and the hardware had failed, ten months ago. I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. After waiting for repairs, repairs not being satisfactory, replacement doors eventually being supplied, the front door being cut rough at the bottom, another repair suggested but not carried out as they decided on the day this wouldn't work. All these visits being six-eight weeks in between. I agreed to a further repair rather than waiting even longer for another replacement door which I would be entitled to. After waiting another six weeks I rang today, as I always seem to have to ring them, they know nothing of the repair on their system and I am waiting for a manager to get back to me. The aftersales/warranty of this company is dreadful, the time waited is dreadful and the resolution of problems, still not yet complete, is extremely poor. Would not use them again.
