The quality of the window and the fitting were very good - we have no complaints about this. The price was not as competitive as other but we went with EYG because of the promise of a fitting timescale. This did not happen. It appears from the discussions that the paperwork was not processed properly and it ended up sitting on a desk. They are clearly busy and administratively they could not cope and did not have enough fitting teams to meet demand or enough back room staff to deal with the amount of work that they were generating. This is difficult to sort out which was a real shame because the product when it came was good and the guys that fitted it did a good job. It was not an easy window to fit.
