Maybe you should look at this before you buy from this company , we did two houses absolute nightmare faulty windows , abuse down phone from office girl , lied to be company on numerous and still not fixed obviously they have other things on their mind when an action (third one ) to strike off company is stopped at last minute be warmed DONT BUY FROM THEM ................. We bought our windows in 2010 The product and fitting were fine but try getting any repairs done To make it worse both my daughters and mines were done together and paid in full upfront I wouldnt recommend them for after sales and that is where you need it Guarantee is worth nothing I have tried all avenues to have issues resolved From a faulty glazed unit to a door handle that is shoddy and dangerously sharp Poor very poor after sales service for both windows and doors
