I first had contact with this company in 2019 and eventually had to get another company to complete work from me. I requested a fibreglass roof and 4 windows to fit in it. I ended up with a roof and window that leaked, damaging antique furniture which costs hundreds to repair. Throughout the time work was erratic, of poor quality, the original roof was left in its entirety across my garden and only 3 windows were fitted and not to the spec I expected. In addition there was implied bullying from their part when I challenged anything and denial of details within conversations. They certainly expected payment and quickly however and its cost thousands of pounds. If you do use this company get costs not quotes, very specific written details of requirements and do not pay until you are entirely satisfied. In addition, do not fall the plausible, nice guy who supports the community tack. I am a widow, living alone but I now when he did work for a married male neighbour the work was to a very good standard but he was also working as a subcontractor. I strongly suspect this made a significant difference. Needless to say it has been a very costly and expensive business over years
