When I first used this family business for my by-fold doors a couple of years ago, I was so impressed with their excellent customer service and product that when I needed a new door installed I went straight to them. Again no sales pressure, no hassle, just straight forward discussion of my requirements and helpful advice given and examples shown in their factory/showroom and in the locality. Admin was very helpful, they contact you and call when they say they will, the friendly installers are very professional, clear up after themselves and complete on time. From the start of placing an order with Victoria Windows we were delighted with the professional and friendly way the team dealt with every aspect in the design, manufacture, and installation of our windows, doors and the replacement of all guttering to our house.
