Mark Cowler t/a M C Frames

beware everyone i have now found out this individual ie mark cowler is now called mike taylor and lives in plymouth in court process and trading standards and talking to rouge traders have large list of names from dissatisfied customers who are still owed very large deposits we are all grouping together to see justice no matter the cost to us so if you read this MIKE TAYLOR we are not giving up

I have also have discovered that MARK COWLEY, under the name of TRADE WINDOWS, this year. Last year under the name of MCFRAMES. He took a huge deposit for eight windows,7 March 2014, I cancelled within the seven day doorstep selling rules and regulations 2008. No paperwork/information given in order to cancel so effectively by law '' No Contract'' heard nothing from him and he would not contact me. Recorded letters sent. I also discovered he cannot self certificate under building regs, No Certass, and no up to date membership on any logos on his paperwork. Finally contacted me three weeks later to inform me that my money had been paid into his private account where he had debts and it has now been swallowed up. Any proposal he may make will be purely to stall you.. Trading Standards are aware of this fraudster '' details given. '' I would strongly recommend any persons that have found their deposit taken/windows not supplied ect, should contact them with details. No age group is off limits to this person pensioners seem to be ideal as in my case... BEWARE...

i employed mr mark cowler of mc frames now trading as trade windows to supply and install nine windows and two doors upon paying a large deposit i since been informed by profesional bodies ,this trader if you can call him that hasent any professional trade logos to his name ie certass for certificaton windows and doors, and qnaw insurance for deposit cover or public liabity which he claims he has on his buisness contracts and cards upon checking these out with the professional bodies he is not a subcripted member so my deposit i paid is not covered and cant get no response from mr cowler by phone, email. im left severly out of pocket please please please be warned do not deal with this individual he is a fraud

I employed Mr Cowler to provide and fit 2 windows. He promised the world in terms of quality and service. Once he took 1/2 the money for the job he continued to communicate for 2 weeks and then went off the radar. I continually tried to contact him but he ignored all calls and letters. Eventually I received a very rude answer phone message in which he told me I was unable to cancel my order as I would be in breach of contract (10 days after accepting). 3 months on this is the only communication I have received. No swindles or products have been produced. I have taken my case to the small claims court. Please do not use this firm they are not trust worthy, your hard earned money will be wasted.

What can you say about this person????? Well he is the worst person ever.....We had our windows done in March 2013. He took our money and promised the the best job, only to have the job take longer than he said. 5 windows and a door. We still have problems to this day. The door jamming windows not shutting. Had another window fitter come and have a look, and was disgusted with the work, all the windows are damaged from the fitters and our door frame is not in properly. We now have to pay out again for another lot of new ones. We were told they were argon glass but in fact they are not..... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... Got a good mind to contact and ask for some of our money back.

door and window sale we signed up with mc frames for new doors and windows communication with mr cowler was impossible,never returned calls or messages ,the fitter contacted us and they were eventually fitted out of time schedule five months later we still not had handles sorted or finishing off completed so not impressed will not reccomend to anyone had to rate one star to get this comment posted, wouldent even give that.

agreed a quote with sales man mark july 2013 ,paid a fair deposit for 12 windows 3 doors dates of work schedule was agreed tried contacting mark never no answer ,left various messages never no call back ,gone to court to get deposit back will update ,will not be reccomending mc frames ,mark .to anyone should gone to another company to avoid this stress

I left a very poor report on Mark Cowler last December 2012 which has been removed. and despite asking for a fax number to send invoices to this request has also been ignored by All checked. Windows and a Door were ordered. Then because Mr. Cowler was unable to pay the manufacturers we ended up paying the suppliers direct. When fitted the window frames fitted but the glass was too big to go in the frames and had to be re-ordered. Very poor communication and he is not an accredited Craftesman (despite showing thir logos on his paperwork) and we have not received any garantee for the work carried out

I employed Mark to replace my conservatory roof. 3 months later and the roof has fianlly been delivered but not installed. I have called Mark on many occasions but his communication is very poor. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone

Do not use. This trader has been reported to Fraud investigation team with the police and trading standards. He took our deposit and did not supply the goods or complete the work. After numerous attempts to contact I finally got hold of him 2 months later and requested our money be returned, he claimed I was breaking the contract and refused. A duplicitous, manipulative individual. Avoid! Then to add insult to injury he has just requested to add me as a contact on LinkedIn????

contract for a conservatory provided by mr mark cowler trading as mc frames then trade frames ,now known as mr mike taylor of western windows still working from tillie street callington ,he is a complete fraudster no qualifications in industry, no trade bodies, takes deposits, works never carried out to full bba standard or regs ,or by competent trades,or at all. can never be reached by phone email or post ,suppliers never paid this low life needs to be stopped . we done our researchand are now giong through courts to claim compensation on the mess that was left by this so called professional

I purchased french doors from Mr Cowler, at first all seemed very genuine his fitter even called on a Sunday to look at what he had to do. The door arrived 27th June it is now 6th August and we are still waiting for it to be fitted, I have tried to contact MR Cowler several times and left meassages each time, he did ring and say ' it will be next week' that was 2 weeks ago, the fitter called to say he will be here yesterday, he has not turned up. I wish we now went with another company as my doors would of been fitted by now, I really would NOT recommend M.C Frames
