Haven Conservatories Ltd

Please. Avoid this company at all costs. They installed a conservatory for me and over 18 months after completion the box gutter is still leaking. The wood became mouldy (and was eventually replaced), the conservatory has had puddles throughout and the floor and wiring risk being ruined. Despite many attempts to fix it and paying additional money they are unable to solve the problem and have told me they can’t help me any more. They can’t explain the problem in detail and have told me today they have no expertise to diagnose the problem. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We had a new conservatory put up by Haven around 2 years ago.Nice friendly people to do business with,and the project went pretty well.The communication between Haven and their sub-contractors was poor as was the communication between Haven and the customer.Messages left at the office are likely to vanish into a big black hole. The product was good though, and the price was reasonable.As conservatory companies go they are not bad,we had a few problems but they sorted them out. I would use them again
