Would give these cowboys ZERO stars - they have no conscience- take the cash, do a poor job & run! Avoid at all costs

Had new windows and a 4 panel bi-fold door fitted by these people in 2018. They caused damage removing the old windows which I had to repair myself. The bi-fold door has never opened easily and a draught blows through the seals. Now the leading door jams on the bottom seal and is becoming impossible to open. Repeated calls to the company requesting a fitter to adjust the door are ignored. The 10 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. My advice is DON'T TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

Rang company up about a window that had started to condensate up, was told they had stopped trading and was taken over by another company called, get this, premier windows, and that they couldn’t help me. Change of name, same offices!!!!! Guess they just don’t want to keep to there 10 year guarantee. Go to reputable window company’s

New front door & surround. Fitted incorrectly waited & waited for attention to fit properly , 8 months later refitted, still not right & i am told the co. does not now exist & my 10 year guarantee is void !! They have just changed their name !! RIP off amateur outfit don’t touch with a barge pole !!

Have nothing to do with these people! Poor quality draughty windows. If there are problems they never get back to you. They promise an inspection to make sure the work is of acceptable quality but it was cursory to say the least. Laure and Hardy cowboys.

Had two bedroom windows fitted, and the quality appears sound. Work was commenced on time and the fitters were efficient and polite. Work was completed quickly and the area cleared of all rubbish. As to the efficiency of the windows only time will tell. Pleased with work done to date.

May we take this opportunity to thank you and your fitters for the excellent job you did on our house in Biddulph. It has given a fresh modern look to the property and added to its security. The sales people are a bit 'old school' in their sales approach and we were a bit dubious at first, however my partner and I decided to go ahead with the windows as the spec was by far the best we'd seen and the quote was very competitive! The windows were installed 3 weeks after our agreement and we are very pleased with the quality of the windows and also of the work carried out. They were very efficient and left the place clean and tidy. The surveyor was also very friendly and took his time to answer my queries so overall we are very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

Had windows and doors all round, brilliant fitting, brilliant finish ,can't fault them. excellent value for money

new pvc windows all round and awaiting new door cant fault the two lads adam and jake top workmanship kept the job really clean we had almost no clear up ,would use them again and recommend premier from start to finish thankyou

Replacement of a 5 panel bay window and window in garage resulted in excellent service from start to finish. From Carl coming out to measure up and the 2 Ryans completing the installation. .Couldn't have received better service. Thank you..

We have had new Facias on dorma windows and a large French window in the lounge. Both jobs were well planned, expertly completed. Fabulous workmen. Wonderful job at a great price.

All windows and doors replaced. Excellent workmanship and all completed within forecast timescales. Fitters were always punctual and extremely friendly and courteous. The work was completed from the 20th to the 24th October.

Excellent quality windows & doors supplied & fitted. The fitters were superb, I couldn't have asked for better. New doors & windows all around for a detached property refurbishment project in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. All done to high standards. Highly recommended. We have known that we should replace our windows for a number of years and have now bitten the bullet! Naturally we wanted the best deal we could get, and after a fair bit of research invited Premier Window Systems (and others) over to discuss our options. Besides being very friendly they certainly knew their subject and were able to advise us on everything we needed to know. Now we have had them installed and what a good job they did!! We're really happy with everything they have done for us and would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Window Systems to everyone that want value for money!!!
