Had Irish Oak patio and a kitchen doors and window in kitchen which look fantastic plus an anthracite window in bathroom to suit interior colours. Kevin was our sales guy and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and was patient when we kept swapping and changing. He was always at the other end of the line/email. The finish and workmanship on the job was second to none. Mark did our initial survey and was clearly quick to spot that I'm fussy about the finish, although he was v diplomatic and professional and didn't convey it in those terms. James and Mark did the bulk of the work - not only were they fussy and v specific themselves about the finish, down to the colour sealant they use to suit not only the doors but internal tiling etc but they were easy company in the house and incredibly clean and tidy - they used dust sheets and tidied up after them. Gareth also did some work towards the end of the project and came back to change a piece of trim I thought could do with being a bit longer to give a neater finish, he got it spot on - ask for the above guys to fit, they're brill on every level. Hywel was on text with me throughout the project and any tweaking that was required was responded to v promptly, his communication was again second to none, he kept us up to speed throughout.
