Heath Windows & Doors Ltd

From start to finish, Heath Windows & Doors have been excellent. The showrooms in Cardiff are brilliant showing a great selection and completely changed my mind as to what Bifolds I wanted. We chatted with the guys there but didn't feel under any pressure or obligation. A few weeks later we rang and asked for a member of the team to visit. A guy called Max came out and honestly, nothing was too much trouble. We went over so many options and it was refreshing to feel that they really do want you to love what you have. The support from there was 100%. Max dealt with any questions/queries promptly, going over and above trying to help me to visualise how the finished look would be. The wait time was also much sooner than expected. The fitters are outstanding ! So tidy, conscientious and polite. James headed the team and honestly, perfectionism is his middle name. Nothing was a "problem", even though it was a difficult job, he dealt with everything in his calm and reassuring manner. I felt complete trust in them to do an excellent job and they surpassed my expectations. I would highly recommend this company, and will be getting them back to do the front of the house next year without a doubt ! Thanks guys (and the ladies in the office, who I didn't meet but were very efficient when called)
