5 X Cascade windows, 1 X tilt & turn and front door. Absolutely brilliant team. Highly recommend. Initially visited their website which has quote calculator. Entered my requirements, measurements etc... and got rough estimate. Contacted company. Spoke to Mial. Very friendly, professional and personable. Arranged to call following evening. I explained what we wanted. Gave him my measurements. He had a quick look and the existing windows and said he'd send a quote via email. No hard sell or manager discount speech. Only stayed for 4G minutes (not by choice ;) I kept him talking). Quote received as promised same as that had from website. No hidden costs etc... exactly the same high spec products offered by bigger companies but as fraction of cost (£3500). Arranged for surveyor to call 3 days later (Christian) again very professional and personable. Finalised the measurements and design requirements. Work completed 3 weeks later by Steve over 3 days (mainly due to bad weather -bless him). Excellent workmanship. Absolutely perfect fitting. Very thorough perfectionist and cleans up after himself (hard to come by these days ;) hehehe). No complaints. Steve even fixed my existing french doors at no extra cost - fab gent! !!! :) can not recommend these guys enough. Forget the bigger companies... family business's are definitely the best.
