Heath Windows have excelled in every step of the way for our new windows & doors . The company came recommended but we did get other quotes (waste of time !) First point of contact was Max who came to our home to give us a no obligation quote. His professional, knowledgeable approach was a great start in the process . Before we paid our deposit we went to the showroom to look at the windows & doors that we’d chosen just to make sure . Annie took us through everything, again very helpful and professional . The wait involved for everything to be ordered and made was as promised . Meanwhile the surveyor Mark came to give the final measure. Very thorough so we knew exactly what to expect on installation day . We had 2 weeks notice for the 2 day installation. The team were absolutely fantastic and a credit to the company & their profession . So friendly , they respected our property and worked so well together to give us the excellent finish that we now have . Richie rich , Twinkle , Sausage , Slim & Nick the biscuit , you’re amazing !
