Our first contact was with salesman Brinley . No hard selling and surprise, surprise, we were not presented with the buy now special discount trick! We placed the order a few days later and then the surveyor came. He was very thorough and removed part of the door frame of the old ill fitting door to measure accurately. After he left, an hour later Mark turned up with expanding foam to fill some small gaps around the frame. A few weeks after, the team installed the windows and door. They were efficient and pleasant, completing the job in a day. One of our existing windows misted in cold weather so a couple of units were replaced by Mark the following day who also made some small adjustments to the door. We were very pleased with the work and absolutely recommend Heath Windows and will be using them again soon.
