Westone Housing

Westone undertook a bath replacement for my insurance company and the installation was faultless. However upon completion I was never asked for my policy excess despite chasing the office and the contracts manager. Eventually I received a red letter stating the account was overdue. I posted a cheque as requested the same day and today (10 days later) have received a court summons for the monies. I called to explain and was told I had to pay the excess and a £25 admin fee. Complete cowboy approach and the poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time AVOID!!!

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. From the surveyor of the water leak and subsequent damage to our kitchen ceiling to the leak detection expert to the plasterers and the excellent painter, I would like to thank you all for a fantastic repair job. All of them were very pleasant and reassuring. First class workmanship throughout. The finish is quite exceptional . Thanks to all the team. I was recommended by my insurers and would have no hesitation to do business with Westone Builders again. Graham.
