We changed all our windows after discovering a crack in our old windows. We also had non-existant seals on the old windows and a lot of moisture was coming in causing lots of problems. We picked County Windows on the recommendation of a friend. The guys that installed the windows were incredibly friendly, punctual and were excellent at tidying up after themselves. They were in the house for 2 days fitting all the windows. Overall I was really pleased with the work they did.

The installers were punctual - arrived at 7.55am and completed by 2pm. The fitters were extremely courteous and Covid-19 workspace signs were put in place as a reminder of safe distancing. Masks were worn as appropriate. Workmanship appears to be of excellent quality and all doors were fitted to a high standard. Two conservatory doors were replaced and two french doors were replaced in the dining area/conservatory. Security locking was explained in full and ample spare keys supplied. Would certainly use County Windows again and recommend to family and friends.
Quick, quiet and very efficient installation
We opted for the white ash woodgrain, using the combination of astragal bars and false transoms. he effect is stunning. The installation was perfectly to schedule with the team punctual every day, clean, tidy and courteous. It was a large project over several days and we are completely satisfied with the product and the service provided by Austin and his team at County Windows. We have now placed an order for additional French doors. Highly recommended.

One bedroom window the same and one small window two opening joining the big bedroom window. Workmen excellent and did a wonderful job. from 8.00am to 3.00pm because the brickwork wasn’t very good and had to be filled in taking time.

County windows helped us achieve a stunning orangery. Their advice and design suggestions were spot on and although it was a little over our budget we decided to take the advice and splash out. The results are amazing, I only wish that I had got them to do the patio as well. The technicians turned up exactly when they said they would and worked long days to complete the orangery on time (they were here one night until way past 2100 hrs! The brickwork is fantastic and visitors are amazed that it's real and not wallpaper. They managed to source some bricks that match the house perfectly and line the damp course and mortar joints toatch. They installed a skypod that is well built and really sets off the room. They were courteous, friendly and extremely tidy (cleaning up every evening before they left). I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. They will not be the cheapest but in my view they are well worth the money.

They will need to come back to replace the lock on the front door (also damaged in the fire) and put some seal round the window that they could not get to because scaffolding was up.
