New Wave Doors Ltd

Came across these doors online whist researching normal bi-folds. Did the usual homework and these looked a really good option/alternative to consider.Our budget was for fairly good bi-folds which we knew were not cheap but looking closer at New Wave our budget would cope. We thought to only way to decide was to go to the factory/showroom in Bristol to see for our selves - try before you buy. It so happened the demo room had virtually the doors we wanted, Many advantages over bi-folds, easy to use, flexible opening, all we had read in the brochure. Ordered there and then without any hesitation, no hard sell I think we surprised the salesman Brin! Quite a wait but we understood the supply chain delays with glass etc. Communication throughout was great and eventually installed a week earlier than expected. Install process was excellent, we had measured and prepped the opening correctly so all went well, very polite guys who run on coffee! Cannot recommend highly enough and of course we have a great set of doors. We just need some sunshine and warm weather- unfortunately New Wave cannot supply that. Well done to the whole team. 5 stars.
