We are absolutely delighted with our New Wave doors. They look fantastic and work beautifully and add a real elegance to our living space. The service the team provided was exceptional: Ours was not an easy installation with lots of hiccups along the way due to the fact that our builder did a bad job at making the aperture for the doors. The team in the office were incredibly accommodating and helpful and were determined to get our doors fitted and functioning. They communicated with us by phone and email regularly until the issues we had with our builders were resolved. The installers were kind, friendly and very competent and resolved the technical issues we had. We will be using New Wave when we build our extension and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for quality of product and service.
