Finding your double glazing has been smashed right through is never a pleasant experience but upvc medic made it as painless as possible. Within an hour of my first contact their fitters arrived and made my property secure, the following date they came and took the window away for repair - again making sure I my house was secure. Within a week, despite the owner being ill, my window was repaired and back in place as good as new. The fitters were pleasant, experienced and trustworthy. What's more, I wasn't charged anything until the work was completed to my satisfaction. That's what I call service. I can't rate them highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending this firm and should I ever need more work done on my doors or windows they will be my first port of call.
