Mark Dickson Roofer and Slating

Good- Replaced the felt on my shed roof without issue. Bad- Removed the moss from the front half of my roof with a power washer. I had read mixed opinions on doing this and didn't realise it was happening until they'd started. However, I figured they knew what they were doing (they're a roofing company after all) and I did admit the roof looked good afterwards. That being said, all I wanted was the moss taken off and not the entire roof cleaned, should have said something at the time but chalk that up as a lesson learned. Come the first heavy rain though and I come home to a wet patch on my bedroom ceiling. Looking into the loft showed numerous wet patches all over the power washed half of the roof (untouched half was dry). After Mark returned 3 times to attempt to 'fix' this, wet patches still appeared and he stopped replying to my texts. Him going up the ladder with a silicone gun on the 3rd occasion should have spoken for itself. Don't repeat my mistakes, AVOID.

Mark and his team were given the task of re-slating my roof and they did not disappoint. I was given a very good quote and there were no more added expenses. The team arrived on time each day and did a first-class job. Mark made sure that my premises was very tidy, after the completion of my roof. I would thoroughly recommend Mark Dickson to others.

We had Work carried out from mark after he was recommended from another building company that use him all the time. We weren’t disappointed , mark and the boys are professional and there standard of Work is excellent. I will continue to recommend mark and will definitely use his services again.

Have used Mark Dickson Roofing on 2 occasions, cannot fault the workmanship & professionalism, the guys arrived when they said they would and have had no issues from the repairs that were done, I would recommend them if you have any roof repairs to be done.
