" Please avoid! After months of chasing the director of the company and receiving the worst customer service ever, we were informed by letter that the company has gone into administration, we lost 6K deposit. The director reopened for business under a new name, how dishonest!
" Awful. If I could give minus stars I would. They have undercosted our project by 16.5%, told us 4 months later, and have now had a month to respond to our complaint and they haven't. No apology, no refund, no response. Their service has been dreadful. Trading standards are now involved with this terrible company. I have all the relevant documents to substantiate my claim.
" Absolute cowboys do not use these people. Over 2 years after the bathroom was "completed" we are still repairing or replacing damaged shower trays and traps, damaged bath and unfinished tiling. We just paid up to get them out of our house. The owner doesn't have a clue, he relies on the work men he employs and they like to cut corners, so seriously avoid
" Terrible from start to finish. Poor workmanship, poor communication, poor time keeping and most of them just downright rude. Would never use again. A new roof with very badly fitted lead flashing which leaked significantly. Took more than 3 years and a lot of wasted time to get them to put it right.
" Avoid! Following all of my calls and battles to get my driveway finished, (it took 12 months) within weeks cracks started to appear in the concrete, even after I was assured that the concrete would not crack for '30 years’. 30 days more like!This company should be avoided.
" Absolute cowboys,company sends out morons who just don't care what they do, damage or rubbish they leave behind. We we left with scafolding up for days afterwards and not being able to use our back gate. My wife had to wheel the wheelie bin though house on bin day, AVOID!
" Our first impressions were that we had found an excellent company to install our new kitchen, with a very friendly salesman and surveyor who both came promptly, but we very soon discovered the subsequent Customer Services communication was appalling! After payment of the deposit we heard nothing more and the promised delivery of 4 weeks became 12 weeks with no explanation despite repeated enquiries. Eventually, the Fitter did come and he a good job but the kitchen units were not to the actual specification agreed. We then found the Company's after sales service to be totally non existent - they simply do not return calls or answer emails. So, sadly we would not recommend them.

" Please avoid this company at all costs. They installed a conservatory for me and over 18 months after completion the box gutter is still leaking. The wood became mouldy (and was eventually replaced), the conservatory has had puddles throughout and the floor and wiring risks being ruined. Despite many attempts to fix it and paying additional money they are unable to solve the problem and have told me they can't help me any more. They can't explain the problem in detail and have told me today they have no expertise to diagnose the problem. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
" Service quite good but very expensive. Should have shopped around more. My main complaint is that after several objections to follow-up calls trying to sell me more products, I am still getting calls from their various offices in this area. Just got yet another call today. Threatened (yet again) to make a formal complaint about breach of data protection rules. They have no right to store my details and keep phoning me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARRASSED INTO GETTING MORE WORK DONE, FOR EVER MORE.
" Had conservatory built last May. Workmanship really poor, service even worse and they just didnt answer calls. Took 7 months to complete when they told me it would be done in 3-4 weeks. I didnt pay the full amount because of all the mess ups, The brick work on my neighbours side is a complete mess. This company should not be trading.
" New Porch fitted just before christmas. Been a disaster from the start. Frame 36mm short one end, just covered with TRIM!!! Promised new timber at the top but never happened just covered up with trim. Door doesn't seal correctly, which is the major problem. Colder in porch now than when we had a timber door and single glazed windows. They havent ignored us but they havent sorted the problem either. They have sent out different fitters several times to rectify but still not correct. Looks like they are using inferior materials and it was poorly fitted. ITS JUST NOT SUITABLE FOR PURPOSE.
" I have 2 CCJ's against this bunch of con-artists which have not been paid. Cheap and nasty product, terrible unskilled fitters, terrible customer service My patio door has NEVER been fitted properly, not even the gaskets. StockportPossibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my 30 + years in the property industry. Shoddy work, non-existant customer service and a complete lack of understanding of their contractual obligations. Could not even be bothered to come and look at the defective work and damage caused during construction of an orangery. My advice would be to avoid this or any other company run by these people.HalifaxOne word sums up this company Cowboys. They take your money and disappear. Their 15 year guarantee is a waste of paper.
" The Company WENT BUST IN AUGUST 2017!!! Beware if you own their product!!Quoted £16,000 for windows last year "reduced" to £8000 on same day. Hard sell for sure! But a wonderful care package sealed deal for me..... read on!They were fitted in an untidy fashion. Marks on carpet. Garden destroyed by idiot scaffolders blah blah BUT THE REAL ISSUE now is a few months later my house is freezing! ! They are fitted wrong! I called the company to action the 10 year warranty to be told THEY HAVE GONE BUST. They don't exist anymore! I have no contract or warranty.
