Milton to replace my fallen guttering above the entrance way of my 4 unit building. They managed to get access to make the repair despite its awkward location as the narrow walkway is only about 1 metre wide and the roof being top of the upper 1st floor. The repair was done effective and efficiently I would definitely recommend them for any roof work, repair or damage assessment. As it was this company that discovered the hidden extent of disrepair of my roof a few years back in 2024 when the council had already sent out 3 emergency repairs already that year whom all missed or never carried out a damage assessment. Well P. Milton Roofing did and in short the report listed full replacement of Ridge, Hip and several broken tiles, plus structural concern for the supporting wall with the chimney stack urgently needed. The Council did not agree with this professional damage assessment and decided to patch the leaks and renew the chimney Flashing . Then in 2025 the roof collapsed and the Council ended up completely renovating all Ridge, Hip, broken slates, removing the chimney pot and replacing it with a chimney pot and for the second time in just months having to put new Flashing on the chimney stack.
