5 week job turned out to be 5 months &12 months on it's still incomplete. Original tender price increased significantly.Claimed he had an inhouse team of builders when appointed but this was not the case. All work was subcontracted out to various incompetent tradesmen. Cut a corner by using one layer of felt on the gully of the roof when clearly the architects specification stated lead. Has not only left me with a leaky roof but an uneven cracked floor. Ignores my calls & has no intention correcting defects

The customer had been very unfair he had his contract completed to his entire satisfaction however failed to pay in full.. Any subsequent defects have also been compensated.. He should be completely satisfied
