it took 2 years to complete not even complete. 2 years down the line we have leaky , wonky roof door that dont or cant open need 2 people open and close (its not safe door )one from out side one from inside to open or close uncouple plastering , what we ask for and what they build is totally deferent . builders never turned up to do the job. it took almost 2 years . yet we have get some to finish off the job be AWARE THEY HAVE CHANGE THE COMPNY NAME TO RIP PEOPLE OFF

I was happy with the work they did. I have an issue with a draught at the bottom of my door that was fitted in January 2023 only to find out that they had gone into liquidation. From a previous post on here i call EE glazing for information on who is taking over the 10 Year guarantee. They gave me their contact details, when i rang they informed me that DG solutions did not purchase the warranty so i am left with NO COVER ! Very disappointing and NO FENSA certificate either. I called EE glazing back, which i have to say were helpful in the fact they will come and adjust my door on this one and only occasion but they can not do anything about the warranty. They also informed me that i could buy a letter from the local council to confirm the door is up to speck. More cost to me.

After a cold call, we agreed to have a salesman visit to give us a quote, which was meant to be valid for 12 months, which is the only reason we agreed to the visit. After a hard sell, we agreed to go ahead and paid a large deposit via credit card. However, a few days later, our financial situation changed and we could no longer afford to go ahead. We followed the instructions given in tiny-sized lettering on their contract and emailed their cancellation email address within 5 days of signing the contract, so well within their paltry 7-day cancellation policy on their terms and conditions. We received an emailed reply acknowledging the cancellation and advising that we would receive a cheque within 28 days. We couldn't understand why we had to wait so long - why not refund us straight away? But OK, if we've no option but to wait, we'll do that - despite the fact we needed the deposit back desperately. I sent a couple of emails within that 28-day waiting period, reminding them that we were expecting our deposit back by the agreed date, but never received any acknowledgement or reply. The 28-day waiting period end date came and went - still no cheque. Emailed them again, chasing it up. No reply. So, following their complaints procedure, I raised a complaint and should have received a reply within 5 working days. Heard nothing. In the end, we had to ask our credit card company to intervene, and DG Solutions had the audacity to say that they had no record of our request to cancel! They were still trying to steal our deposit! We gave the credit card company all the information we had, including the emailed acknowledgement of our cancellation from DG Solutions and we finally got our deposit back. Given our experience, plus the terrible reviews of others who have had very shoddy work carried out by DG Solutions, I am so very grateful that we didn't go ahead with this company. There are plenty of other REPUTABLE companies out there. Also, according to Companies House, DG Solutions was dissolved in 2018. Yet they still continued to trade 4 years later? I believe this company is now trading as EE Glazing.

This is a good place to work they treat u like a.door.mat rude to customers and don't pay the self employed workers avoid with all costs should be shut down oh Banbury has shut down as the fitting out of their was shocking

Absolutely terrible company. Supplied damaged glass and faulty frames. 23 panes to be fitted and 29 damaged panes supplied. 9 frames to be fitted, 4 damaged ones supplied. Now 20 months in to what was supposed to be a 3 day job, and still not finished. Arrange for afternoon fitting, they turn up at 9am, complain we're out and cancel the job! Requests for compensation have been completely ignored. They respond to the emails but deliberately leave out any mention of compensation and refuse to acknowledge that I have made that request. I have contacted them over 90 times in the last 2 years. They've contacted me 20 times. Constantly say they'll call, then don't. Promise to send me mails, then don't. I still have lock plates missing as the fitter failed to install half the locking mechanisms on the frame, and one window won't close properly. Contacted DG about those specific problems 4 times. No response. Now looking at taking legal action. Avoid this company! Seriously, use absolutely any company but this.

If I could give -stars I would!! Would not recommend!! Cowboys!! Order windows and it took 18 months for them all to be fitted and that wasn’t all at the same time was given excuse after excuse. It has come to the point where now we wanted a refund or money back so we can fix the problems. Was offered £500 from manager Ronnie it than went up to £1,000. But with the problems we have it wasn’t enough to fix. Beading scratched, Glass scratched, cassette Not fitted correctly plugs missing, cement around windows needs doing, the finish on every window is poorly made. Bead that’s broken. Have been given broken promises. Told too many lies… Worse window company ever!!

This company are total cowboys. I am in my 80’ s and disabled, and a man called at my home asking if I would need any windows or conservatories. I was In need of my conservatory roof replacing and this man was very insistent that his company, DG windows are acting unlawfully by ignoring door signs stating no cold callers and then pressurising older and disabled people into contracts that they do not understand. I have paid £1600 to these people and they have not answered my calls or messages and it’s now been nearly 2 months since signing their paperwork. My next step is contacting the police. Disgusting cowboy company that should be shut down and sent to prison.

WARNING - Pressure selling to the elderly Please warn your elderly relatives (or anyone) against engaging with DG Solutions sales people who doorstep without appointment. My parents experienced pressure selling and cynical manipulation, where they were discouraged from contacting us, their daughters, to discuss the quote. They were offered a "discount" to sign up there and then and talked into paying a deposit of over £6K!!! The negotiator said they couldn’t pay by cheque, took their debit cards off them and read all the details out over the phone to someone in the office. So dangerous and highly unprofessional. My parents were not told how to cancel the order or about a cooling off period and spent over 24 hours in a state of panic until we reassured them that we would sort it. My sister and I are now helping them to cancel the order and get a refund. However, more than 14 days later, they have still not received their refund. Small claims court here we come! Remember, never give business or part with money to anyone who appears at your front door or calls over the phone. These people are VERY experienced in getting their sales. Always get recommendations and quotes from more than one company. We have reported them to Essex Trading Standards for possible doorstep crime. Also - by law the company have to refund you by the same method that they took payment, so don't accept any offers of cheques, when they insisted on payment by debit card, despite what they claimed on Trustpilot.

I cannot possibly recommend this company. They are a nightmare. Things started well with the initial sales visit – very helpful and informative. However, the wrong door was ordered as the size couldn’t possibly fit (at least they realised this before delivery), they overcommitted and outright lied on various occasions about various things throughout the whole process. The actual windows look like a good product (not manufactured by them) but spoilt by very poor workmanship, around both the windows and door (we were promised on at least 2 occasions that everything would be perfect, as it was before they started), which did not live up to what was clearly promised. To add to that, the installers did not clean up properly after themselves at all. Having been promised that we should not pay anything until we were sure that we were satisfied, we were called for payment literally within a minute or two of the installers leaving (and, even though there was still work to be done!), and they would not listen to what we had to say about that (we stupidly paid). On top of that we were continuously hassled by ongoing sales pitches for further products/work and they would not take no for an answer. There was a pattern of poor communication within the company, with information from previous discussions not being passed on properly, only the very basics if at all. I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews, but I've made an exception here. Avoid at all costs! One additional thing - I've just checked their website and they only show 5* reviews. Further dishonesty I think.

Awful experience 1. Didn't show up on the day promised means we lost out on a day's pay, no one called to let us know. 2. Promised to show up between 8-9, turned up at 10. 3. Left garden and spare room a mess. Broken glass down side path and didn't take all of the windows they removed so now have windows with nails out in garden and spare room. 4. Windows left with cavity wall exposed so draft coming through and have shown no interest in repairing the issue. 5. Wooden window sills broken on removal, although it said window sills would be left, now no window sill in bathroom. 6. Bathroom over Christmas left with exposed cavity wall meaning we couldn't shower. 7. No customer service available during opening times, impossible to get in contact with anyone. Banbury branch is who we have been dealing with and I must say I will never recommend this company.

Awful company to deal with. Chased and chased me for years. Finally agreed to get my windows done with them. Paid a deposit. 5 weeks later and still no contact. They keep fobbing me off. I still have no windows. Please, please, please avoid them.

A regular looking man came to the front door asking if we wanted our windows changed (apparently this is illegal, not that we knew that then). We said, ok, give us a quote, tow which he replied he'd be back at 1600. At 1500 a man in a Bentley parks on the pavement outside the house, and asks my wife to call me as we should both be there. For a quote? Not a good sign. He says that he is the "managing director" of DG Solutions, and that he "is here only for today" and he can give a 12 month valid quote but "also a special price for today". Yes, he is a door to door salesman using every worn cliche in the book. All he had to do was bring in the proverbial vacuum cleaner to show how well it sucks up some stains on the carpet. He said that they mainly work in the lake district (?) though he is here for today, that they make this many millions in turnover etc Very, very tiring. Then he goes to his car and comes back with a sample of the window they want to install, opening and closing it. BTW they only do one type of window, one with very large bezels - avoid. Eventually, he says that normally this would cost over £25 000 but "JUST FOR TODAY, IF YOU SIGN AND GIVE A DEPOSIT TODAY" he can do it for £16 000. I asked "Why such a good price today only?" It appears they can't stand by their price. He said it's because he is only here today. We kicked him out. The next day, his Bentley is parked opposite our house (we have a photo). For 2 hours. Poor people who let him in. Also, the next day, another person from DG Solutions knocked on the door acting melodramatically, canvassing for work. He had a stack of leaflets to give to anyone unfortunate enough to listen to him. Avoid these leeches. Read the other poor reviews of this company.

Look elsewhere if you want windows and/or doors replaced. Avoid at all costs The quality of product can only be assessed after a period of time. It's been nearly 7 years since the fitting and 5 of 7 windows have developed a substantial condensation between the glass panes to the level that I can barely see through them. The 3 attempts to contact the company by email left me with no reply. Only after I left the review on Google the owner has answered: "I see your pictures, the glass is usually a 5 year guarantee but if you call us we can look in to it for you." So I have rung Your company only to be told that the glass panes are not covered after 5 years, therefore the Owner's reply to my original review on Google was just a publicity stunt. To add to the review on the quality of product you fitted in my house; my 3 remaining windows (now 10 years old) that we decided not to have replaced by DG Solutions are perfectly fine, without a sign of condensation. Perhaps the owners should change the motto and amend the part of the statement where it mentions the "care about its customers" and "highest level of product" because as your customer I do not feel that's a truth

Had windows done several years ago. Fitter arrived with the wrong windows. Right size wrong configuration. Accused me if agreeing to this but as my old windows had been ripped out and they offered compensation (never happened)I agreed. This morning found one window had shattered inside. Cause of which is probably poor quality or poorly cut or sealed glass panels. WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED. Once I paid they were hard to contact but kept cold calling me trying g to get me to buy more of their rubbish. Couldnt get a FENSA guarantee from them so guess I'm on my own getting it repaired. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

This company are absolutely terrible, I’ve have nothing but disgusting customer service, major issues with the installation and issue with the windows themselves. The company installed our windows throughout our property and, in doing so, they damaged radiators, walls and didn’t fit the windows correctly. When the winter season began, we had windows flooding water into our home. I tried to call them out to rectify the problems, and spoke to a number of staff within the Exeter branch (despite us being based in Plymouth) who said they’d get back to me and never did. I ended up having to take the window out myself which is when I established the window was not correctly installed in the first place. I own a renovation company but was unfortunately too busy to install my own windows at the time, hence the reason for trusting DGSolutions. I then had to reinstall the window correctly myself, although damage had already been caused to my daughters room and they didn’t seem to care, nor did they formally apologise. We then had another fault with our living room window letting water in which damaged our oak flooring, curtains, and blew the plaster off the walls in areas. After investigation I found that this window was also incorrectly installed without sealing the windows, which was letting water through. We then had to wait weeks before anyone could come out and no apology was received yet again. We’re still having ongoing issues with seals leaking and the windows have only been in 6months! The warranty for the windows are pointless and you can’t ever get in contact to have them looked at! This is such an unprofessional company that do not provide any level of customer service. We’ll most certainly be taking matters further.

Worst experience i have ever encountered!!!I wish i read the reviews of this company first!Rude,unprofessional and ignorant!!!Paid £2700 for 7 windows but the state they left my house in after installation is disgraceful,holes in the wall,scraches on wooden floor and newly painted walls and the fitters couldnt care less,throwing tools and boxes everywhere,rude and aggressive every time you asked them to be more careful,i feel sick thinking of it now!How do they get away with that providing such a poor service!!!The worst part is the state of the brickwork around windows,its all broken or damaged or misplaced,never seen worst job in my entire life!!!Tried to talk to managment,called them 20 times and sent them several photos,over a month now after installation and total ignorance,i managed to talk to a man in charge called Peter and he didnt care stating the brickwork was probably like that,ignorant,rude and unwilling to help and resolve the issues!

Buyer beware! Salesman will come and show you a beautiful mock up of what you can have! In our case SOLID UPVC REPLACEMENT FACIAS AND SOFFITS. Looked really good, Simon (salesman) went on about how only solid upvc would be used, no cheap cladding! We wanted it so everything would be easy to clean. Instead we got the cheaper hollow cladding which does not even cover the whole of the old soffits, so will be harder to keep clean! Have spoken to Simon since to talk about what he showed us and his claims, without telling him what had happened, his claim was the same, no hollow cladding is used! Also claims were made that the company manufacture their own plastics, have their own fitters and scaffolders, all of which turned out to be untrue. Phone up and you get passed from pillar to post. And was told tough, nothing on the contract stated what the salesman said. The one big plus, the guys who did fit the cheap stuff they were given were really good. Sub contractors Ellett Roofline would highly recommend. Worked solidly all day and left everything clean and tidy. Also into third week since completion and still have scaffolding up, not too bad for us, but had to go onto neighbours property on both sides and they are getting annoyed! Would I recommend or use this company again! NOT A CHANCE..

Its 0 stars from me As it stands a 1 star review is over what I would ideally like to put. On the 23rd June we completed a design with a sales rep at our house and paid the £4000 deposit with 28 days to cancel. The next day I emailed to cancel the order and had this response back: "Please refer to your contract with regards to any refund owing as this will be issued via cheque 28 days after the date you signed your contract agreement with DG Solutions." No problem we thought. 28 days would take us till 20th July and then we would receive our deposit back. Here we are on the 4th August and I still do not have my deposit back. Last week I rang to find out what was going on to be told that the deposit had been sent back but unfortunately we had not received it. After talking to a very rude lady called "Leanne" I spoke with Daniel (one of the MD's) and was told that I would be contact on Wednesday 2nd August to complete an over the phone bank transfer and I dutifully gave them my bank details. On 3rd August I emailed again to find out what was happening as I did not receive the phone call and I was fobbed off with " the email has been forwarded to accounts". I am not waiting for a return email, after sending 3 now with no response, to inform me of the address, so I know where to send a letter as per the instructions of my legal representation. All this and I never even wanted the conservatory!

Installation of new patio doors - When removing my patio doors for replacement, the fitter loosened the frame without removing the door or the glass. The doors subsequently fell and crashed into my garden destroying 2 items of my garden furniture. Originally I was only concerned about 1 of those items which was the cheaper item, my grandchildrens garden slide, and only 20% of the true value of all the damage but DG solutions have ignored all of my emails, my phone calls and my recorded letters of which I have the proof of delivery for the letters Mr Richard Baker. I am now taking legal action for the full value of damage caused plus of course legal costs. This could of been resolved so simply and I could not of been more reasonable with DG Solutions and was even willing to accept compensation for a smaller version slide than the one damaged but this company is disgraceful, I have never known any other company to totally ignore a complaint.

Had all my windows done in 2019! Not one problem so we done the conservatory done 2 weeks ago! I highly recommend the company for there work! Very high standard and efficient!

DG Solutions installed 5 windows and 1 door today, excellent quality, from the surveyor calling to the 2 chaps coming today we have nothing but praise for them, fitters were extremely nice cleaned up after themselves. Would certainly recommend if you need new windows or doors to use this company.
