Avoid this company at all costs. This is the first time I have ever wrote a negative review about a company or business, personally I feel like any poor business doesn’t deserve the time it takes to write one but let this be a warning. This company will fob you off. They’ll deliberately not include items in your initial quote so that you think you’ve got a better price and add it on just before you want to order, increasing the cost by thousands of pounds. The parts won’t be elucidated so as a customer you are none the wiser. Quite the blow when you’re renovating a property & have budgeted for certain things, not to mention time sensitive. They will speak to you like you’re stupid because you have your own kitchen fitter (who happens to be the manager of a huge visual merchandising company with years of joinery experience, including kitchens) and have decided not to use theirs, they seem to think nobody will match up to their fitter and are very condescending about it. Their communication (or lack of) is abysmal, when you call to speak to somebody your promised your call will be returned, but low and behold it’s not, you’re forced to chase them for days on end. We have recently emailed (twice) to express our frustration and concerns but sadly this has been ignored. Working in a customer facing role myself, if an email from an upset customer landed in my inbox I’d be on the phone to them straight away trying to resolve it. This is the very basics of customer care, something that they are not at all familiar with. Ryan seems to think he knows everything there is to know about kitchens and worktops, so much so he kindly offered to visit a quartz worktop warehouse with us, I actually thought this was really good but it turned out he knew very little and was absolutely useless, I wasn’t sure if he’d just gone there to look at worktops for himself? He completely wasted our time, but I hope he found something he liked. The company uses a very cheap and unrealistic software for designing your kitchen (perfect if your over 70 & a little less au fait with tech), it is almost impossible to see your kitchen design and you very much have to rely on books and photos of the total 5 or 6 other kitchens they have installed in the past. On a slightly better note, the kitchen we chose was beautiful, however Inline are only suppliers of this kitchen, it is not their brand. If I was Second Nature or 1909 I’d be thinking twice about letting this company represent their brand and more importantly if you require a Second Nature or 1909 kitchen GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Thankfully we had a back up plan as we had slight dubiety from the beginning and have managed to get our kitchen elsewhere from a wonderful company, that care about their customers and provide a much more professional service 😌 Along with many other people we have spoken to, it is irrefutable that we 100%, will never ever recommend this sorry state of a company.

I am absolutely flabbergasted by the incredibly bad customer service provided by this company. I was informed three weeks ago that inline-kitchens would be replacing a freezer in a kitchen they had put in. They were to phone me telling me when it would be done. When they hadn't phoned me after one week I went into their shop in Pontefract on Wednesday 11th November. They told me it would be delivered on Friday 13th or at the latest Monday 16th November. It didn't arrive and there was no phone call to explain when it might arrive. I rang again on Wednesday 18th November to be told that they didn't know what was happening but somebody would ring me back straight away to confirm delivery. They didn't ring back so I rang again on the Thursday and spoke to someone else who also said they didn't know what was happening and they would ring me back. When they hadn't rung me back by close of business on Thursday I sent them an e mail. This is now Tuesday 24th November and I have still received neither a phone call or a reply to my e mail. I have just got off the phone with them again and as I was explaining the sequence of events to the gentleman he continually interrupted me and told me it would be at least a further two weeks to be delivered. When I pointed out that AO will deliver the next day he muttered something about prices and then bluntly told me they didn't want the business and that thety would now not be sending a replacement freezer at all. This is a company with a complete and utter lack of concept of what customer service is and obviously they could not care less about the client they supplied with a fitted kitchen once they have been paid and their job as they see it is done. My advice would be to use a different company with a better customer service attitude. .

How time moves on ? 12 years ago we had Inline Kitchens built us a new kitchen. From the early design of it Beverley & Ian were there to offer good honest and practical advice which turned out to be the best advice we could have received . The lads who fitted the kitchen were on time worked hard and cleaned and tidied up after themselves and also at the end of the day. We ended up with a beautiful fitted kitchen that has served us without fault. Recently we decided that it was probably time for an update. We contacted Ian and arranged to visit their showroom to see what they could offer us. What an amazing meeting that Saturday afternoon turned out to be. Ian had brought out the former kitchen design file so he knew exactly what he was working to. Beverley was able to show us the 'latest' ideas and Ian was keen to show us how over the years new materials have come onto the market and in some cases the costs have been able to be reduced without compromising on the look of the kitchen. New up to date appliances are now readily available with built in safety features which we were keen to look at. After nearly two hours of looking at the many different designs , colors , appliances and fittings we left with a clear idea of how our new kitchen was going to look . Ian arranged to visit our home on the Thursday to do a final check on things and to bring some sample doors for us to offer up. Ryan then produced a drawing and a detailed costing everything being itemised for us to consider. Then the unexpected happened the Coronavirus Pandemic hit the country. Unfortunately we had to go into "shielding" and we assumed that everything would come to a grinding halt. About 6 weeks into the lockdown Beverley called us up at home just to reassure that they had everything in place and we didn't have to worry ourselves. They understood our predicament and would work around us and within their diary. She told us that despite everything being closed down both Ian and herself had decided to go into work and do the jobs that they , just like most of us , had been putting off. Today Beverley has called us again to ask if we have any further update as to when we might want their fitters to start our work . She is aware that because of shielding it may not be the right time for us just yet. We agreed that at the moment despite being advised that all their fitters are working to strict health and safety precautions to reduce the risk of spreading the virus to put our fitting on hold until we have received the clearance from the NHS. It's been a very difficult time for all business especially small family ones and I want to congratulate Inline Kitchens for stepping up to the mark and proving that with sheer hard work and determination that you can make it work and come out better for it. We can't wait for our newly designed kitchen with it's latest appliences and brand new color scheme to be installed and we know that based on our last experience with Inline Kitchens it will be worth waiting for.
