Salesman was pleasant as was the surveyor. Problems came when the surveyor allegedly didn't hand in the survey forms for 3 weeks. No one ever bothers to contact you out of courtesy to tell you of delays. When the windows and doors were fitted it was done by 1 man, who to be fair was really good but took 4 days as you would expect with a single man team. Unfortunately 1 of the sealed window units smashed on the outside pane. Again no courtesy call updating us after it was ordered and then was phoned by a lady today saying that it would be another week before someone was in the area to fit. They've had all of the money and still haven't finished a job that was ordered in april. It's August in 2 days. When you request someone from head office to call you they don't. After the messing around I would never recommend them which is a shame because if they took more care of their customers it would be a great service.
