Misleading with false promises. Do not recommend I received a door panel that is not up to standard and has many visual faults and extremely poor craftmanship. A pvc door should not look like that. I complained about this on the day the door was fitted and was assured the panel will be replaced. Before making payment for the outsdanding balance I requested a written confirmation about this. I received the confirmation with a specific date of replacement. The following day I am told by 1st Glass UK that any other panel can be ordered, except that on my original order. They cannot fulfill their commitment due to supplier issues. I could understand this if that would have been the only problem I experienced with 1st Glass UK. The order was also messed up by having the door handles fitted on the wrong side. After having arguments through the phone I thought I will let this one slide, I'll try and live with it. But promising you something and not fulfilling their written confirmation just after receiving final payment is just appalling. Based on my personal experience with 1st Glass UK, form start to post sales services, I would not recommend this company. Next phase will be complaining to the ombudsman service and severe GDPR law violation which I cannot disclose in this review. Date of experience: 10 July 2023
