Paul is a very nice man who did some work for us following a leak. The Insurance company assessor was at the property when Paul arrived. She spoke to Paul and asked him if he wanted the job. What should have taken a couple of weeks turned into 3 months!! The work was of a very poor standard. The kitchen taps had to be replaced in the first 2 weeks as they ran constantly. The oven blew up and had to be replaced! We have had to replace the laminate flooring as it was put down after the units were fitted and 'shrunk' at the edges. Paul and his team also fitted a fibreglass roof to the garage which was given a 30 year guarantee. After 3 years of constant leaking and repair the garage and utility room beams have to be replaced because of the wet. Paul is very elusive when it comes to trying to get hold of him. He never answers his phone or replies to text messages.
