Same with me never answer call and left half job with son. I couldn’t catch home since June. Awful . How we have to sorted out?

Sorry to hear that these fraudsters are up to their old tricks.
They are currently under investigation by Trading Standards for defrauding a lot of people me included out of tens of thousands of pounds.
Unfortunately after paying out substantial sums to this con man he will never answer his phone to you again.

Paul came with his son Alex. He has all the talk but never delivered after paying for Windows and doors. The company was Y&A improvements, now dissolved. They have opened a new company MAR WINDOWS LTD. I tried calling Paul left messages but never returned my calls. All he kept saying was we look after our ladies, far from the truth. They con honest, hardworking people out of their money. Tradesman like this really need to be stopped. Please any advice on how to report the company. Thank you.
I do not even want to award a star because this is still some type of award. These people of the lowest of the dregs of nothing. They are scam artists and organised fraudsters. I stupidly gave them £10,100 to fit and supply a conservatory and they have absconded with money. I discovered that they have a history of starting a company dissolving then starting up again to continue their criminality. They were being dissolved which would have meant I and a few other customers would have not been able to claim against them. Thankfully they cannot dissolve . They are crooks , They are setting up another company Mar Windows Ltd so please be warned if they approach you. If anyone has been a complaint of these rogue traders or been the victim of their fraud I urge you to contact Action Fraud as they are very interested in this company and also |Trading Standards are building a case against them. Where do I start, well I ordered both Windows, Roof Lights and Sliding Doors from Vision in October 2020, these were confirmed, and I was told this would be about 6 weeks to get these ordered and fitted - well before Christmas. This was part of existing building work on my house and there would be financial implications should these be delayed. The Roof Lights were fitted in January, The Windows and Sliding Doors were fitted in March - 6 months later. The sliding doors sash's they fitted are wrong and I'm trying to get them to resolve these with little joy. Within this 6 month period, I chased and chased and when I got through to someone, which was very difficult, I received every excuse under the sun. I was in communication with their Suppliers at the time so had some information on when the orders were placed etc - the dates of placing the orders with Vision and the dates they placed the orders with their Window Suppliers - just did not add up. This does not tell the whole picture as its far worse than what I have covered and this wasn't easy for me to post/write but I'm hoping anyone looking to place orders will think twice. Everything I have covered is factually true which I can backup and evidence. I also acknowledge that the Roof Lights, 3 Windows and 1 Door were all eventually fitted after 5-6 months of ongoing chasing. The issue I have is with the larger order of Sliding Doors - what was fitted was not what I ordered and I'm trying to get Vision to rectify these, they have acknowledged that they would rectify if I paid the final sum but cannot offer any proof and now won't answer any calls or respond to messages or voicemails.
I'm currently out of pocket by £1000s and Vision Windows have caused me further £1000s in delays for my build. They were very proactive in chasing for money but now choose to ignore my text messages, calls and emails. They told me what I wanted to hear to win the business and whilst they came across as nice people, the customer service is shocking. I currently have a set of sliding doors which I paid over £10,000 for, which are not what I ordered (which I can evidence), they are not fit for purpose (which I can evidence via photos) and I now have further headache going down a legal route to resolve.
We cancelled the contract under 7 days , it’s been over a month he is not returning my deposit back keep giving dates when he will but not keeping his words , still waiting for my deposit
Had conservatory built may 2017 VISION WINDOWS (AKA) PAUL ROUTLEDGE, Workmanship really poor, service even worse he just didnt answer calls , took 7 months to complete when he told me it would be done in 3-4 weeks .i didnt pay the full amount because of all mess ups, The brick work on my neighbours side is complete mess .This guy should not be trading but some how seems to carry on under his son,s name. if you do have him work for you do not pay him until every thing has been done correct which is what he struggles with.
Can I have my £ 400 back or come and do the work this is been going on since 2012 you say to call you back but you do not answer my calls.
Mr Paul Routledge installed 6 double glazing units in our home in December 2012. Some debris from drilling was left between the units, when we raised this we were told it would disappear with static, it didn't. The work was not finished despite numerous calls and unfortunately we had paid up front. The windows still got condensation and filled with insects etc. On 5th May 2014 one of the units approximately 4ft by 6feet , 6 feet high of the floor fell out. Immediately we could see it had only been installed using glue, despite it being so large and that security glass was not used. If this window had landed on someone it could have been fatal. I would advise anyone not to use this man. We have now reported him to our insurers as he still will not answer his phone to us.
