2 upstairs bedroom windows fitted. But not fitted well? It’s like sleeping in tent that any minute liable to be blown away? 5 times Company people been out. 1 tightened all door seals then back 2 weeks later used sealant on everything possible, still same problem gale blowing in? He was back again and decided someone had to look at outside underwindow sill. 2 weeks later someone appears, again looks at it from inside but then tells me 2 man job he will have to come back.. 2 weeks again pass, 2 men appear, the one who came to door hadn’t a clue what he was here for although other block was the one who told me it needed 2 men. They talk with each other then decide wrong ladders with them and of they go yet again. I speak to Rory in office and tell him want to speak to director Ian. He was in a meeting but would call me back? Next day, calls back and arranges to come out following week, He decided after looking at window he would have to go away and think about it?
