The were meant to fix the roof of the building. Not everyday were here though. One night, all the neighbours in the top floor (i really mean all of us) woke up at 2 in the morning with water coming from the roof. They claimed was the wind and left us with interiors damage in several rooms. Next night, the water was coming inside the flat from a different room. They kept claiming it was the wind. And that was the result of their job, damage in several rooms (in all the top flats of the building.)
