Having now spoken to the company, I would revise my review to the following: The fitters are excellent and I can't sing the praises high enough Dave who is working on ours - his attention to detail, knowledge and skills are the work of an absolute craftsman. We used the new Rugby branch. Roger was very good at designing and selling our vision. We had a minor communication breakdown however a quick phone call and the issue was resolved and the customer focus of the people we spoke to was first class. If my experience is typical then I can't recommend them high enough.
