My wife and I got a suite delivered at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, the deliveryman removed the front door without our permission. We didn't notice until 7pm the dooor wouldn't close therefore unable to lock. I contacted the store where we purchased the suite, explained the situation and that we were elderly, store manager wouldn't help. I contacted superior home improvements as we purchased our doors from them to see if they could help. The man who answered the telephone was very nice and extremely helpful, he had someone out within half an hour. He fixed the door free of charge, this was way beyond the call of duty and restored our faith in people. Well done superior and thank you, we would've had to spend the weekend in an unsecured home if it hadn't been for their help and understanding. Would highly recommend this company for home improvements.
