Dear Mr Duffy, we would like to apologise for the delay in the completion of your mother's job as we strive to complete all jobs as promised. Unfortunately due to bad weather, the fit team were not able to get to the property until rather late on Thursday and despite working late on Thursday and Friday were not able to finish everything. The team did leave everything in a working order though and returned on the Monday at which point everything was completed with the exception of the fridge/freezer door. This appliance was being purchased by yourselves and unfortunately a different one to the contract was purchased. This would usually be chargeable, however due to the timing issues experienced because of weather with your fit we have arranged to change and fit this at a cost to the company. I hope your mother enjoys her new kitchen once all is complete. Kind Regards DM Design
