I bought the house previously mentioned. We have had nothing but problems since moving in. Mr Burns was qyick to take our money, we have been left with a balcony that leaks as does every shower, the bath and two out of the four sinks. There is water ingress through every external door. The kitchen cabinets are squint and the work tops have come away from the wall. Mr Burns is now refusing to address any of the above issues. Before employing him please feel free to view his shoddy workmanship. The address is in the previous teview.
