D L Windows (Chippenham) fitted our whole house out with new windows, a new composite front door and a new back door a couple of years ago. The fitters were great and the windows look lovely - so no complaints there. However, we've had problems with the front door sticking since then. Their Surveyor said it had warped out of shape and promised to order us a brand new door to replace the faulty one. They have come out 3 times now and each time the new door was too wide and wouldn't fit!! Last time I rang and asked what was happening I was told by Sylvia it was "all in hand" but with no indication of timescale or what was happening. I haven't heard a thing since. The customer service and aftercare is non-existent and appalling!! As a result, we certainly would NOT recommend D L Windows. It's about time they came to put right our problem but I seriously doubt that it will ever happen. Disappointed to be treated so shabbily particularly after spending such a lot of money!!
