Very please with service and quality. Dave the salesman was very good at the start of the process. Stuart, the manager sorted it so that 2 teams of fitters would work on the same day because we could not have 2 days off work. We had all the front of the house renewed and patio doors at the rear. Even when there was a problem, (a heating pipe was accidentally drilled) they got a plumber there within the hour to repair it. Also we needed to take the front window pane out 4 weeks later to remove our sette, they sent a fitter to do it for us. All in all very good. Stephen Goode, Rowley Regis
